Sources, media & editorial policy
Guide sources
Sources appear beside each guide’s advice and in its source list. The current material consists of launch-period Steam and Reddit player reports, official Steam announcements and store requirements, and Bandai Namco's aircraft and character profiles, mode guides and edition descriptions. Reports were collected October 3–4, 2026; exact builds are generally unspecified.
Community claims can disagree. A report of S on one difficulty does not determine a score threshold on another. We publish usable steps within the source’s limits, not every claim made in a thread.
Version changes
Our October 4 check of the latest ten official Steam announcements found no announcement establishing a change to Mission 28 ranking or Shadow behavior. This limited check does not prove that no hotfix occurred. Guides retain their launch-period scope and should be rechecked when relevant patch evidence appears.
Images
The flight image, header and six additional screenshot selections originate from the official Steam store listing, downloaded October 4, 2026. They are used in limited editorial context to identify the game, not as proof of a particular Mission 28 event or our own playthrough. Game imagery and trademarks belong to Bandai Namco Entertainment and their respective rights holders. Attribution does not transfer ownership or imply a general redistribution license. See the official game page for the publisher’s copyright notice.
Video
The homepage offers the official Rise Above trailer, identified in the publisher’s October 2 Steam announcement. It is presented as game media, not as an S-rank demonstration. YouTube video links open a player on this site after you choose a video. Closing the player stops playback and returns you to the page. The official video selections and Hour Zero episodes use actual publisher links. The Overview Trailer title and channel were also read on YouTube. Videos illustrate the game rather than proving a rank or unlock.
Updates and dates
Guide dates reflect substantive content work. They are not an assertion of a new game build, a personal test, or continuous monitoring. Corrections can be submitted through the channel on our About page.
