Joker Flight’s profiled pilots are Jan Cope, Ellington Baxter, Tasha Severskaya and William Coster. Use the tables below to match their callsigns and duties, then distinguish the other flight leader, operations officer, mechanic and doctor you meet aboard Endurance.

Who is in Joker Flight?
| Character | Callsign / position | Quick identification |
|---|---|---|
| Jan Cope | Wings of Theve · Commander · Flight leader | The squadron leader and celebrated pilot |
| Ellington Baxter | Professor · Lieutenant Commander · No. 2 | Former university lecturer; Tasha calls him Teach |
| Tasha Severskaya | Ensign · No. 3 | Former Zvezda aerobatic pilot from Yuktobania |
| William Coster | Noise · No. 4 | Rock fan and skilled pilot who supports Tasha |
These identifiers come from the publisher’s character profiles. If your question is how to change the squad’s aircraft after the story, use the wingman setup guide; a character profile does not establish a loadout unlock.
Other profiled flight and carrier personnel

This is the publisher’s featured profile set, not a claim to list every speaking character or every person appearing in a mission. It avoids late-story outcomes so you can check a name during a first playthrough.
Finding Tasha and separating a profile from speculation
Tasha appears in the official profiles as Joker Flight’s third pilot. Her introductory background connects her to the Zvezda aerobatic team and publicity filming aboard Endurance when the war begins. The European profile uses the spelling Tasha Severskaya; the US directory heading transposes letters as Severskya.
Neither profile is used here as evidence for a romance system, unlockable relationship, ending choice or voice actor. For those questions, an actual credited or demonstrated source is still needed. Story discussion and a mechanic that changes what a player can do are different evidence needs.
Continue to campaign guides for a mission problem, or release and platform checks if you are still deciding where to play.
