Missing Deluxe items: collect Special Gifts and check the voucher

Collect before looking for the season reward

Bercut in #1 gives Online Menu → Social → Special Gifts. CaliburxZero in #3 describes logging into Online and collecting from the mailbox. Both distinguish owning the extra content from collecting it in the game.

1. Confirm the purchased edition and its listed contents on your platform.
2. Enter Ace Combat Online.
3. Check Special Gifts or the mailbox and read the item names before collecting.
4. Confirm the voucher or cosmetics are now shown as collected.
5. If using the pass voucher now, read the target season and redeem it deliberately.

The source does not prove these are identical menu labels on every platform or that a missing platform entitlement will appear merely by opening this menu.

Collection and redemption are different steps

The publisher FAQ says the Deluxe voucher can be saved for a future season. Do not assume collecting it automatically spends it on Season 1. See the tier comparison before confirming redemption, and Morgan access if that is the reward you want.

Keep a screenshot of the collected voucher and any redemption confirmation when diagnosing a missing reward. Do not post receipts containing personal or payment details publicly.

Why an owned skin may not appear on the first story run

Bercut says skins are unavailable on the first campaign playthrough. The publisher also places the Deluxe aircraft skins’ campaign use after all missions are completed. Online avatar clothing and missile smoke are not campaign aircraft skins.

If the item remains absent after collection and the applicable completion gate, record item name, platform, edition, claim status and mode for support. AC Zero launch access is a separate question raised in the thread, but no visible answer establishes a working launcher repair.
