YOUR FIRST MOVE

A launch-period player says skipping a cutscene also skips its QTE, and describes in-flight look and yes/no prompts as ignorable in their play. No verified setting that globally removes every prompt is established here.

Daddyo78Op in #4 gives the skipping and ignoring advice. Strap me to a Missile in #14 describes the look prompt as optional. These are players’ observations, not confirmation that every campaign interaction has identical consequences.

Use the displayed skip command

If you do not want a cinematic, use the skip input displayed by your version. The post does not establish a single keyboard key or controller button for all platforms. Skipping scenes sacrifices their narrative content; use it deliberately when replaying rather than assuming a missing interaction is a bug.

For an in-flight look prompt, test leaving it unanswered in an ordinary replay before combining that choice with a medal attempt. The source does not prove that ignoring every possible prompt preserves every award or scripted condition.

Can the overlay itself be disabled?

The thread includes complaints about large prompts staying in the cockpit view. We have no verified global toggle, tested config edit or compatible mod that removes them. A player saying a prompt can be ignored is not the same as hiding it.

If the main problem is poor frame pacing in those scenes, use the Ultra-to-High texture comparison. If it is a wrong hardware input or persistent yaw, read the flightstick guide. Keep visual prompts, frame rate and control behavior separate when reporting an issue.
