Campaign and Ace Combat Online have separate progression and save data. The playable roster can be the same while aircraft acquisition is separate: the official FAQ says Online aircraft must be acquired through Online rewards. Some owned DLC has access in both modes, with its own campaign gate.

Same roster, different ownership
The official FAQ distinguishes the roster from acquisition. A plane appearing in the game’s catalog is not the same as owning an Online aircraft. Finishing a campaign tree purchase does not substitute for the Online reward path.
Open the mode whose aircraft you want to use, then inspect that mode’s owned aircraft and unlock requirements. For campaign squad copies use Aircraft Tree purchases; for Online levels, cap upgrades and slots use Online aircraft progression. A level in one system should not be read as a level in the other.
DLC access is a separate exception to check

Those are content-specific rules. They do not establish that every earned skin or reward crosses modes. Read the reward’s own description, especially when a campaign ace paint scheme is missing from Online.
A practical missing-item check
- Identify the item, its aircraft and the mode you are currently in.
- Distinguish a normal progression unlock from purchased or bonus content.
- For owned gifts, check the claim process before purchasing the same pack again.
- Meet the item’s stated campaign or Online gate.
- Verify the item is selectable on its matching aircraft in that mode.
Reddit players are explicitly asking whether skins and MRP carry over. Those questions establish demand, not a universal transfer rule. If an explicitly supported item remains absent, send support the exact item, platform, ownership record and mode; do not delete saves to force a claim.
