Synchronize Windows time and retry
- Confirm the displayed code is ST-3100001. This notice does not establish a remedy for other ST or WP codes.
- Open Windows Settings → Time & language → Date & time.
- Check that the displayed date, clock and time zone reflect your actual location. Enable automatic time if available.
- Use Sync now and check that Windows reports a successful synchronization. The section name can differ between Windows versions.
- Return to the game and test the online action that produced the error.
If you can continue without that code, the immediate symptom has cleared. One successful retry does not establish that the server connection will remain stable.
If synchronization fails or the code returns
If Windows cannot synchronize, note the Windows error rather than repeatedly testing with an incorrect clock. On a managed PC where time settings are locked, ask the administrator responsible for that device.
If time synchronization succeeds but ST-3100001 returns, use Bandai Namco’s support portal and select the relevant game and region. Include the exact code, approximate incident time and time zone, Windows version, platform, online mode, steps to reproduce and whether time synchronization succeeded. Keep personal account information out of public posts.
No further reliable remedy for this code is established by the notice. Reinstalling the game, disabling security software, changing routers or forwarding ports is not part of this official recommendation.
What the official notice actually covers
The September 30 notice identifies a loss of server communication and asks Windows players to synchronize time before testing again. It does not specify a particular Windows build, prove that every occurrence is caused by clock drift, or give a resolution guarantee. Console players should use the official support route rather than copying Windows-only settings.
